At that point, you're not really targeting a location, you're just maximizing how many rolls you get per raid.

After you finally get the blueprint, you can craft the Surge Coil at the Explosives Station, though you'll need it upgraded to Level 3. Once you have it, it's easy to see why people bother farming it. Dropping it in a choke point can completely stop a push, whether it's AI enemies or other players. The stun gives you a few seconds to react, which can be the difference between getting out safely or losing everything.

In actual gameplay, it works best when you force enemies into it. Putting it behind a door, around a corner, or right at extraction can catch people off guard.
