Titanium prints are widely trusted for biomedical implants because of corrosion resistance and porous-surface capability that improves biological cell integration. Stainless steel prints resist environmental erosion and offer long-term outdoor durability a major advantage for structural or robotic components. Aluminum prints excel in aviation due to lower part mass reducing fuel usage. Tungsten supports extreme-temperature modules, while copper is used for electric conduction in connectors and battery modules.
